At Everyday Grief, we understand that grief is personal. Our products are created intentionally and printed specifically for each order.
Because of this, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check product details, sizing charts, and descriptions before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we absolutely want to make it right.
Please email grieving.zeppelin@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
• your order number
• clear photos of the issue
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they are placed, as production begins shortly after checkout.
