Orders & Processing
All Everyday Grief items are made to order. Once your order is placed, it goes into production quickly, which means we’re unable to cancel or change orders after checkout.
If you need help before ordering, please reach out — we’re happy to answer questions about sizing, materials, or anything else you want clarity on.
Shipping
Production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Please note that shipping times can vary depending on location, carrier delays, or high-volume seasons. We appreciate your patience.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our items are made to order, all sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.

Sizing Help
We include sizing charts on each product page. We recommend reviewing them carefully before ordering, as we’re unable to accept returns for incorrect sizing.
If you’re between sizes or unsure, reach out before purchasing — we’re happy to help you choose.
Journals & Emotional Support
Our journals and products are meant to support grief, healing, and emotional processing. They are not a replacement for therapy, counseling, or medical care — just a place to land when you need one.
There’s no right way to use them. Write a lot. Write a little. Or don’t write at all yet.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your tracking hasn’t updated or your package seems delayed, please allow a few extra days before reaching out. If it’s been more than 10 business days since shipment with no movement, contact us and we’ll look into it.
